|Caster sugar||75 Gram|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Fat-free fromage frais||200 Gram|
|Grated zest||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange||1 , juiced|
Put the mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla extract in a heavy-based saucepan and heat gently until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool for 15 minutes.
Whisk in the fromage frais.
Place the orange zest and juice in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatine on top.
Leave for 2-3 minutes until spongy, then place over a pan of simmering water until the gelatine has dissolved.
Quickly whisk the gelatine mixture into the mascarpone mixture.
Pour into 6 individual-size ramekins or moulds, and chill for 1-2 hours to set.
Dip the moulds in hot water for a few seconds and turn the panna cottas out on to dessert plates
