Dal And Greens Waffles's picture
  Split green gram 1 Cup (16 tbs) (With Skin, Wash And Soak For 3 Hours)
  Rava 1 Tablespoon (Semolina)
  Spinach leaves/Fenugreek leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Green chilies 5
  Ginger 1 Inch, grated
  Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm), crushed
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste

1. Wash, drain dal, and do not discard skins.
2. Add them back to dal.
3. Grind dal, ginger, garlic to a paste.
4. Add all other ingredients and make a thick batter.
5. Heat waffle iron, pour 1 ladleful of mixture in centre.
6. Close and allow to cook till done.
