My grand mother used to make this Gatta Curry whenever I visited her. This reminds me of sweet memories of childhood. This is a traditional Gatta Curry Recipe. Gatta Curry is a very delicious Indian curry. It is included as a main dish in Indian lunch and dinner menu. It goes well with pulao, but it can also be eaten with plain rice or nan. Ingredients
  Besan 200 Gram, coarsely ground
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric powder To Taste
  Chili powder 5 Gram
  Coriander powder 5 Gram
  Baking soda 2 Gram
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Chopped coriander leaves 10 Gram
  Chopped green chili 10 Gram
  Curd 20 Milliliter
  Butter milk 500 Milliliter
  Cloves 2
  Chopped garlic 15 Gram (chopped finely)
  Sliced onion 20 Gram
  Ginger 10 Gram
  Fresh coriander 10 Gram
  Cumin 5 Gram
  Whole chili 3
  Whole coriander 5 Gram
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

1.Make Hard Dough And Roll Them Into Thick Cylinders And Cut Them Into 1’’ Sizes
2.Blanch The Gattas In Butter Milk Then Fry Them In Med Hot Oil
3..Heat Ghee Add Cloves, Bay Leaf, Whole Chilly, Crushed Coriander, Garlic, Sliced Onion, Chilly Powder, And The Buttermilk
4.Finish With Ginger Juliennes And Chopped Coriander Leaves.
