Batata Poha

Ingredients
  Poha 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (thick variety)
  Boiled and mashed potato 1 (or you can cut the potato)
  Green chillies 5
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 4 (few)
  Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Urad dal 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon (chopped finely)
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash poha twice and drain.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
When they splutter add urad dal and fry till light golden.
Now add the curry leaves and saute for 10 seconds.
Now add the onions and turmeric powder and saute till onions turn to light golden brown colour.
Add the mashed potatoes and poha.
Now add salt and sugar and mix well.
Finally add coconut and mix well.
Serve hot garnished with chopped cilantro.
