Indian Curried Fish
|Fish fillets||2 Pound|
|Lemon||1 Large, juiced|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Wash fish fillets, dry well.
Cut into 2 or 3 pieces, according to size.
Sprinkle on both sides with lemon juice, salt and pepper, place into a dish with remaining lemon juice.
Allow to stand for a few minutes, then sprinkle with turmeric and curry powder.
Move fish around in this mixture to coat well.
Fry in hot, deep oil a few minutes until cooked.
Delicious with fried rice.
