Crunchy Fish Pakora

An easy to make Fish pakora recipe. One of my favorites, this is also a very popluar Indian recipe. Please try it and let me know how this Fish Pakora recipe turns out for you.
Ingredients
  Ajwain 1 Pinch
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Besan 2 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coriander sprigs 1
  Boneless fish 250 Gram
  Lime 1
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sabudana papad 1
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Clean the fish pieces
2. Mix all the ingredients
3. Marinate the fish pieces with the mixture
4. apply coating as desired
5. Deep fry till golden brown
6. Serve hot with sauce and lime

Enjoyed knowing more about you-one of my favourite chefs! These Fish Pakora look amazing-oh I wish they weren't deep fried. Do you think this could be made baked if you spray with olive oil?
