Spicy Lamb Shank Curry

lamb shank curry cooked with out adding any oil into a nice curry. it is an easy to make Lamb shank curry recipe. One of my favorites, this is also a very popluar Indian recipe. Please try it and let me know how this recipe turns out for you.
Ingredients
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Coriander powder 1 Tablespoon
  Masala powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilli 2
  Lamb shank cut 2
  Onion 1
  Salt To Taste
  Tomato 1
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pressure cooker, add green chillies, onions, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, coconut milk, lamb shanks, and water.
2. Stir it lightly, close the lid and turn on the heat. Cook until three whistles and wait for 10 minutes. Now open the lid.
3. Remove the lamb shank pieces from the curry, and add freshly made tomato puree into the gravy and cook.
4. Now add back the lamb shanks to the gravy and cook it in low flame for 15 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
SERVING
6. Serve hot.
