Murgh Makhani Badami

Ingredients
  Chicken pieces 2 Small, cut in small
  Curd 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onions 2
  Masalas 1 Tablespoon
  Khas khas 1 Tablespoon
  Kaju 7
  Green cardamom 5
  Red chilies 5 (Seedless)
Directions

1. Saute 2 onions after chopping them fine.
2. Add marinated chicken along with 1 Tsp caramelized sugar
3. When cooked on slow fire and ready add dry masalas and cream.
Dry grind: Zeera 1/2 tsp, dal chini 1 piece, javitri 1/4 tsp jaiphal 1/2 cloves 4, after roasting together on a tava.
Grind green coriander separately.
Add just before adding cream.
Chop some almonds lengthwise, lightly fry and decorate chicken with them.
