Murgh Makhani Badami
|Chicken pieces||2 Small, cut in small|
|Curd||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Khas khas||1 Tablespoon|
|Red chilies||5 (Seedless)|
1. Saute 2 onions after chopping them fine.
2. Add marinated chicken along with 1 Tsp caramelized sugar
3. When cooked on slow fire and ready add dry masalas and cream.
Dry grind: Zeera 1/2 tsp, dal chini 1 piece, javitri 1/4 tsp jaiphal 1/2 cloves 4, after roasting together on a tava.
Grind green coriander separately.
Add just before adding cream.
Chop some almonds lengthwise, lightly fry and decorate chicken with them.
