|Naan dough||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Refined flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon (For frying)|
|Mozzarella cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
Make a dough with naan dough & refined flour.
Make 2 small round balls with that dough,roll out into a paratha.
Spread grated cheese over one paratha,place the other rolled paratha over the first one covering the cheese well & seal the edges of the paratha with butter.
Place this rolled out paratha on the pan,glace it with butter once it becomes brown,turn it over & glace the other side of the paratha with butter.
Cook it till it becomes golden brown & crispy.
Eat it hot,cheese will pop out from the edges into your mouth.
