Cheese Pakoras

Ingredients
  Cheese cubes 250 Gram (1/2 Inch Each)
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sodium bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Crushed garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine flour salt, pepper, chillies and garlic in a bowl.
Add enough water to make a thick paste.
Add soda bi carb.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on a tray.
Coat pieces of cheese with the prepared batter and place them on the bread crumbs.
Sprinkle more crumbs on the cheese cubes.
Gently turn the pieces to coat evenly.
Just before serving fry the prepared cheese cubes in hot fat.
