Mint And Mango Raita

Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter, Runny)
  Mango 1
  Red chili 1 , diced
  Mint sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , sliced
  Clear honey 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Whisk the low-fat yoghurt well and place it in a serving bowl.
2. Peel the mango, cut it in half and remove the stone. Cut the flesh coarsely and place it in the food processor. Add to this the chilli, mint sauce, cucumber, honey, coriander and salt to taste. Grind all these ingredients briefly until the mixture is pulverized but not too smooth.
3. Empty the mixture into the yoghurt and gently stir together.
4. Garnish with mint leaves.
