Chicken Curry With Green Pepper

Ingredients
  Chicken 2 Pound
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , cored, seeded and sliced
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1 Pint (Bouillon)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Lightly brown the chicken in the oil, then remove them from the pan and keep hot.
Fry the onion and green pepper in the oil remaining in the pan until soft, then add the curry powder and flour and cook gently for 2 minutes, stirring.
Blend in the stock, lemon rind and juice.
Return the chicken to the pan and bring to the boil, stirring well.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
