Paneer Coconut Laddu

Ingredients
  Coconut 3 , grated
  Paneer 750 Gram (From 2 Liters Milk)
  Powdered sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cardamom powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine paneer, powdered sugar, 2 drops rose essence and a little cardamom powder and make balls of 1/2 inch diameter.
Mix coconut and sugar in a pan and place on medium heat.
Stir for 15 minutes.
When cool, add cardamoms and saffron dissolved in 1/2 teaspoon milk.
If the mixture is more loose than required, add one tablespoon dry grated coconut.
Pat the mixture around paneer balls (ladus) and cover the white portion completely.
Arrange ladus on a plate.
Garnish each ladu with a piece of silver foil.
Place some nut slices on the top.
Chill in refrigerator.
