Spicy Spinach

Ingredients
  Spinach 2 Pound, washed
  Onions 2 Large, finely chopped
  Butter/Ghee 1 Ounce
Directions

Tear the spinach leaves into pieces.
Fry the onions in the butter or ghee until they are golden brown.
Add the chilli powder and cook for 1 minute, then add the spinach.
Cover the pan with a tight fitting lid and cook over low heat until the spinach is tender.
Add salt to taste
