Meal On A Platter
|Drained cooked whole green beans/Canned whole green beans||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Drained cooked peas/Canned peas||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Garlic dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Large curd cream style cottage cheese||12 Ounce (1 Carton / 1 1/2 Cups)|
|Chopped chives/Parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Head of lettuce||1|
|Canned luncheon meat||12 Ounce, cut in thin strips (1 Can)|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , sliced|
Place beans and peas in separate dishes and pour garlic dressing over.
Chill about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Center platter with bowl of cottage cheese flecked with snipped chives.
Arrange 4 large lettuce cups on platter; fill one each with peas, celery fans, carrot curls, and strips of luncheon meat.
Arrange beans in four bundles between lettuce cups; trim with pimiento.
Pass extra dressing.
