|Chicken||1⁄2 Kilogram, cut into small pieces (Boneless)|
|Oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Maida||2 Tablespoon (Enriched Wheat Flour)|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ginger garlic paste||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Jeera||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Cumin Powder)|
|Garam masala||1 Pinch|
Mix the flour and egg and other ingredients to make a thick mix.
Add the chicken pieces in it. Let it marinate for 1 hr
Deep fry marinated chicken pieces in oil.
