Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken pieces 20
  Onions 2 Large, grated
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Lemons 3 , juiced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Plain yogurt 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Ground coriander 2 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Turmeric 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Ground pepper 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Black mustard seeds 2 Teaspoon, ground (10 Milliliter)
Directions

Remove skin from chicken and prick flesh several times with a skewer.
Mix onions, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
Rub all over the chicken and leave for 30 minutes.
Combine yogurt, spices and food color- ing, if used.
Pour yogurt mixture over chicken, stirring to coat all pieces.
Cover and marinate for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook chicken over glowing coals for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
