|Onions||2 Large, grated|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Lemons||3 , juiced|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Plain yogurt||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Ground coriander||2 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Turmeric||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Ground pepper||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Black mustard seeds||2 Teaspoon, ground (10 Milliliter)|
Remove skin from chicken and prick flesh several times with a skewer.
Mix onions, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
Rub all over the chicken and leave for 30 minutes.
Combine yogurt, spices and food color- ing, if used.
Pour yogurt mixture over chicken, stirring to coat all pieces.
Cover and marinate for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook chicken over glowing coals for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
