Bombay Club Sandwiches
|Tangy sweet spread||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pineapple rings||4 (Fresh / Canned)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat bread slices||12 (Sesame / Other Type)|
|Sliced ham||8 Ounce|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, sliced|
|Mango chutney||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Prepare Tangy-Sweet Spread.
Preheat broiler or toaster oven.
Place pineapple rings on a baking sheet or toaster-oven tray.
Sprinkle pineapple lightly with brown sugar.
Broil pineapple until hot and bubbling.
Spread 8 slices generously with Tangy-Sweet Spread.
Arrange ham slices on 4 spread-covered bread slices.
Top ham with pineapple rings.
Place remaining slices of spread-covered toast on pineapple rings, spread-side down.
Arrange cheese slices on top of sandwiches.
Spread remaining toast slices with chutney.
Place on top of sandwiches, chutney-side down.
Cut sandwiches diagonally, corner to corner, in both directions.
Arrange triangles on individual plates
