Pesarattu or pisharattu is a kind of dosa. This is also known as Pesarattu dosa. Pesarattu dosa is a south Indian breakfast. This is very popular in Andra Pradesh. In telugu pesarattu dosa is known as pesar pappu. This Pesarattu dosa is prepared with whole green gram or lentil. Try this simple and easy south Indian delicacy, Pesarattu dosa.
Ingredients
  Whole green gram 200 Gram
  Green chili 4
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Curry leaves 30 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a vessel add all ingredients and soak in water for about an hour.

MAKING
2. In a blender, transfer the soaked mixture, and blend to get a smooth texture, add more water, if required.
3. On a heated tava, pour about 1/2 cup of the mixture, and spread evenly.
4. Drizzle some oil at the edges, cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook for another 1 minute.

SERVING
5. Serve with chutney or butter.
