Rasam Powder Making Made Easier

Rasam powder is now commercially available . It is an important powder not only for making rasam easily but also in other indian recipes such as gojju, puli ogray, and gojju avval.. Here is an easy way to make rasam powder easily .. this is my own recipe .. hope it works well for you ..
  Dried red chili 20
  Coriander seed 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seed 2 Tablespoon
  Yellow mustard seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Curry leaves 20
  Hing 1 Teaspoon
  Haldi 1 Teaspoon

1. In a medium wok, place reed chili, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, yellow mustard seeds and curry leaves. Roast until the curry leaves turn crisp. Add turmeric powder and hing. When the mixture is cold, grind it in a dry grinder.

2. It can be used fresh or stored for later use.
