2 Cup (32 tbs)
2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
4 , finely chopped
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1. In a mixing bowl, place rice flour, curry leaves, cilantro leaves, chili, jeera, coconut powder, and water, mix to get a smooth dough.
2. Divide the dough into 4 equal sized balls, place the ball between 2 sheets of aluminium foil, press with a flat bottomed vessel.
3. On a heated pan, brush a little oil, place the roti on the pan with the help of aluminium foil. Cook from both sides, apply oil, if required.
