Chicken Curry In A Hurry
|Diced cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil/Margarine||3 Tablespoon (Acceptable)|
|Homemade chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped apple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute chicken, mushrooms and onion in oil or margarine until chicken is lightly browned on all sides.
Stir in flour, broth and curry powder.
Add apple and parsley.
Pour in milk and water.
Simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes, or until apple pieces are tender-crisp.
