Matar Paneer Masala

One of the tasty preparations with Paneer, goes well wth rice or roti.
Ingredients
  Fresh green peas/Frozen green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paneer cubes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chillies 6
  Coriander leaves 4 (few)
  Cashew nuts 6
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Onion 1
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, cashew and 1/2 onion to a smooth paste.
Dice the tomatoes and slice the remaining onion.
Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and fry till golden. Now add the diced tomatoes and cook till done.
Now add the ground paste and coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and saute till the raw smell is lost.
Now add peas and 1 cup of water, add salt to taste. Cover and simmer till peas are tender.
Now add the paneer cubes and mix it well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with chopped cilantro, along with rice or any other Indian bread.
