Curried Turkey Salad With Papaya

Ingredients
  Diced cooked turkey/Chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced green onions with tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Ground red cayenne pepper To Taste
  Romaine lettuce leaves 12 Large, rinsed and crisped
  Papayas 2 Large, peeled, seeded and sliced lengthwise
  Roasted salted cashew 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , cut into wedges
Directions

Prepare Curry Dressing; set aside.
Combine turkey, celery, and onions; mix lightly with dressing.
Season to taste with salt and red pepper.
Arrange lettuce on 4 dinner plates.
Mound turkey salad on each plate; arrange papaya slices alongside.
Sprinkle cashews over salad.
Offer lemon wedges to squeeze over salad and fruit.
