Bhindi Curry

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Large, finely chopped
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Okra 1 Pound, diced
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 , skinned and chopped
Directions

Fry the onions in the oil until they are golden brown.
Add the curry powder, stir and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes.
Stir in the okra and lemon juice and simmer for 4 minutes.
Then add the tomatoes and salt to taste.
Simmer for a further 10 minutes.
