|Lemon/1 cup curds||1 , juiced|
1. Put the milk to boil. When it starts boiling, remove from the heat and wait for 2 to 3 minutes. Then, add the lemon juice and stir gently till all the milk curdles.
2. Leave covered for some time. Then, pour over a thin muslin cloth and drain out the whey.
3. Cover with a cloth and place a weight on top to drain out the water.
