  Firm ripe papaya 1 Pound, peeled, seeded and sliced (1 Large Size)
  Honeydew melon 1 3⁄4 Pound, peeled, seeded and cut into thin wedges
  Kiwi fruit 8 Ounce, peeled and thinly sliced (2 Large Size)
  Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), hulled and rinsed
  Lemons 2 Large, cut into half
  Fruit chat masala To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Minced fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh jalapeno pepper 2 , stemmed, seeded and minced
  Chopped fresh mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Coriander)

On a large platter, arrange papaya, honeydew, kiwis, strawberries, and lemons.
Sprinkle fruit with chat masala and salt to taste.
Offer ginger, jalapenos, mint, and cilantro to add to salad to taste.
Squeeze lemon to taste onto salad.
