Aloo Raita

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Natural yogurt 1 1⁄4 Pint
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until just tender.
Drain and cool, then dice the potatoes.
Whisk the yogurt in a bowl with the cumin seeds, chilli powder and salt and pepper to taste.
