Mango Lassi

Ingredients
  Fresh mango 6 , peeled and diced (Alpine)
  Mango slices 2 Pound (Alpine, Fresh Cut)
  Frozen peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned light coconut milk 42 Ounce (3 Cans, 14 Ounce Each)
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Kefir 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Plain, Fermented Milk Drink)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mint leaves 4
  Fresh tarragon sprigs 4
Directions

1. Puree mangoes in a blender.
2. Add frozen peaches, coconut milk, lime juice, kefir and sugar. Blend all ingredients together.
3. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint, tarragon spear or coconut.
