Ingredients
  Cucumbers 3 Medium (peeled, seeded and thinly sliced)
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Plain yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Mix together all ingredients.
Chill for 2 to 24 hours to develop flavors.
