Khoya Balls

Ingredients
  Khoya 125 Gram
  Flour 25 Gram
  Semolina 25 Gram (Also Called Suji)
  Soda bicarbonate 1⁄2 Pinch
  Cardamom seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch (Big Pinch)
  Vanaspati 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add enough water to make a soft dough.
Make balls about 2/3 inch in diameter.
Fry till brown in hot vanaspati.
