Quick & Easy Chicken Curry
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Celery stalks||2 Large, diagonally sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Small, coarsely chopped|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine onion, celery, green pepper, broth, chicken, curry powder, and cinnamon in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer about 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in mushrooms; cook 1 minute.
