• Fine chop onion, tomatoes, green chili and coriander leaves.
• Mix chopped vegetables ,lemon juice, chaat masala, salt and keep aside.
• Divide the round shaped papad one into two and then roast one by one, make shape like cone. (Cone making is an art, watch the video carefully.)
• Fill the veg mixture in side roasted cone shaped papad.
• Arrange in plate and garnish with fresh coriander sprigs.
