An innovative masala pappad recipe that you could serve as a great snack. Poppadums stuffed with chopped onions, tomatoes and spices is a wonderful snack idea that is truly different. Surprise your friends with this innovative yummy recipe.
Ingredients
  Papad 4 (Poppadums)
  Tomatoes 1
  Onion 1
  Green chili 3
  Coriander leaves 2 (2 Sprigs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

• Fine chop onion, tomatoes, green chili and coriander leaves.
• Mix chopped vegetables ,lemon juice, chaat masala, salt and keep aside.
• Divide the round shaped papad one into two and then roast one by one, make shape like cone. (Cone making is an art, watch the video carefully.)
• Fill the veg mixture in side roasted cone shaped papad.
• Arrange in plate and garnish with fresh coriander sprigs.

Serves 4.
