Carrot And Paneer Toast

Ingredients
  Brown bread slices 3
  Grated carrot 6 Ounce (1 Teacup)
  Grated paneer 50 Gram
  Finely chopped tomato 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green chili 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Toast the bread slices.
2. Mix the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chilli, coriander, butter and salt. Divide into three.
3. Place one portion of the mixture on each toast. Heat in an oven for a few minutes.
