Carrot And Paneer Toast
|Brown bread slices||3|
|Grated carrot||6 Ounce (1 Teacup)|
|Grated paneer||50 Gram|
|Finely chopped tomato||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green chili||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped coriander||1 Teaspoon|
1. Toast the bread slices.
2. Mix the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chilli, coriander, butter and salt. Divide into three.
3. Place one portion of the mixture on each toast. Heat in an oven for a few minutes.
