|Broiler||1 Kilogram, cut into small pieces|
|Ginger garlic paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground red chilies||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Methi leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped and semi fried|
1. Marinate chicken pieces in Worchestershire sauce, salt, masalas and ginger-garlic paste for four hours.
2. Chop onions fine and saute in oil till golden brown. Add the chicken pieces along with the marinade and let it cook on a slow fire till the entire moisture has dried and the chicken is tender.
3. Fry the chicken till brown.
4. Add the cooked methi and cook for a little while longer.
