This refreshing cold drink can be served any time of the day.It is known to quench thirst immediately and is also used as an appetizer.In Punjab, this cold drink is a must with all dishes as it accelerates digestion.
Ingredients
  Milk 1 Liter
  Natural, plain,fat yogurt 1⁄2 Liter
  Sugar 8 Tablespoon
  Blanched powdered almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed ice cube 20 (1 tray)
Directions

Blend all the ingredients in the blender for five minutes until the butter from the milk and yogurt nicely comes
on the top.
Pour in tall glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.

IN MANY RECIPES OF LASI MILK IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INGREDIENT MAY I KNOW WHICH ONE IS BETTER ACC TO U

Hi, well it purely depends on individual's taste buds,please do try this and let me know which recipe you like better :-) as for am concerned I prepare it for my husband I personally don't consume yogurt based recipes
