Ingredients
  Semolina 6 Ounce (1 Teacup, Suji)
  Fresh curds 1
  Fruit salt 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped cabbage 6 Ounce (1 Teacup)
  Chopped onion 1
  Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Curry leaves 4
  Finely chopped green chilies 3
  Finely chopped green chillies 3
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Roast the semolina on a tawa (griddle) without any oil until it becomes yellow or very light pink in colour.
2. Mix the curds with the fruit salt and add the remaining ingredients to make a batter.
3. Steam in a small idli mould for 10 minutes.
