|Sour cream||16 Ounce|
|Dry fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs) (And Canned Mandarin Oranges)|
|Cardamom powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Spread the sour cream on paper towels to dry for about 20 minutes.
Cut the oranges and the dry fruits into pieces.
Carefully scoop the sour cream into a bowl and mix with sugar.
Add the cardamom powder and the fruits and the shrikhand is ready to be enjoyed. Eat it with puri or as is.
Add some yellow color to give it a nice color.
