Urad Rava Dosa
|Split dehusked black gram||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream of wheat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (sooji /rava)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For frying)|
Soak black gram dal for about 4-5 hours
Wash and grind it to a thick paste and allow to ferment overnight. (approximately 12 hrs)
Add the rava and salt. Add enough water to make a medium thick batter.
Prepare dosas and serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
