Ingredients
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In saucepan mix milk and molasses; stir in cornmeal, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
Cook and stir till thick, about 10 minutes.
Stir in butter.
Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 300° about 1 hour.
