Potato And Mung Dal Snack

Ingredients
  Mung dal 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked in water for 4 hours
  Potato sticks 36 , soaked in salted water (Raw Potato Fingers Pieces)
  Oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For Frying)
  Salt To Taste
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Chat masala 1 Tablespoon
  Ground garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Green chillies 2 , deseeded and finely chopped
  Baking power 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Strain the soaked mung dal well and grind in a mixer to a fine paste
2. To this add salt, garam masala, baking power and the finely chopped greens. Remove the potato fingers from water and dry them on a clean kitchen towel. Dip each potato finger into the dal batter and deep fry in hot oil to a golden brown.
