Kachang Bendi Goreng
|Peanut oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Green chilies||2 , finely chopped|
|Fresh green ginger||1 1⁄2 Inch, peeled and chopped|
|Ground almonds||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shrimp||12 Ounce, shelled|
|Green pepper||1 , pith and seeds removed and sliced|
|Green beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Zucchini||2 , sliced|
Heat the oil in a large frying-pan.
When it is hot, add the onions, garlic, chillis and ginger and fry, stirring occasionally, until the onions are golden brown.
Stir in the ground almonds, soy sauce and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the prawns or shrimp and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the vegetables.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked through.
