Pyaz Ka Pakora
|Red onions||2 Large|
|Besan||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chickpea Flour)|
|Amchur powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriander powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green chilies||4 , sliced|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Chop the onions into big pieces.
Mix all the spices and the chillies in the gram flour and make a thick batter.
Add the salt and mix the onion pieces.
Carefully put a little batter at a time in hot oil.
Fry till golden brown turning in between, keeping the flame on medium.
Enjoy them hot as is or with chutney.
