Crispy delicious Pyaz ka Pakora and a piping hot cup of coffee..there simply cannot be a better combination. Onions dipped in a paste made of chick pea flour and deep fried is a quick snack that you can make for your tea time today.
Ingredients
  Red onions 2 Large
  Besan 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chickpea Flour)
  Amchur powder 1 Teaspoon
  Haldi 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 4 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Chop the onions into big pieces.
Mix all the spices and the chillies in the gram flour and make a thick batter.
Add the salt and mix the onion pieces.
Carefully put a little batter at a time in hot oil.
Fry till golden brown turning in between, keeping the flame on medium.
Enjoy them hot as is or with chutney.
