The goodness of spinach in the form of a tasty Indian bread is what this Palak puri recipe is all about. Quick and easy to make, you can treat your family to a delicious breakfast today. It is a great way of getting your kis to eat the highly nutritious green leafy vegetable - palak (spinach).
Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Thawed, 1 Cup Boiled Fresh Spinach)
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For The Dough)
  Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Making The Dough)
Directions

Puree the spinach.
Add the 2tbsp oil to the flour along with salt.
Make a tight dough with the spinach.
Divide the dough into golf size balls.
Roll the balls into rounds and deep fry in hot oil.
Serve with any vegetable dish, raita or plain curd.
