|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen spinach||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Thawed, 1 Cup Boiled Fresh Spinach)|
|Oil||2 Tablespoon (For The Dough)|
|Oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Making The Dough)|
Puree the spinach.
Add the 2tbsp oil to the flour along with salt.
Make a tight dough with the spinach.
Divide the dough into golf size balls.
Roll the balls into rounds and deep fry in hot oil.
Serve with any vegetable dish, raita or plain curd.
