Gobi Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian is an all time favourite Indo-Chinese Starter/Appetizer. It's relished by everyone I have come across. A spicy, sour appetizer that leaves you wanting for more!
Ingredients
  Cauliflower 3 Cup (48 tbs), washed, cut and dried
  Onion 1 Large
  Green chilies 2 Large, finely chopped
  Garlic 3 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Coriander leaves 3 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Corn flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chilly 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

1.Prepare a batter out of Corn flour ,all purpose flour, chilly powder, paprika and salt.
2.Now dip the cauliflower florets in this batter, deep fry and keep them aside.
3.Heat a pan and add about 3 tsp of oil in it.Then add onions, garlic, ginger,green chillies and fry them till the onions turn slightly brown.
4.Now add the tomato sauce ,soya sauce,1/2 tsp of chilly powder and saute for about 8 minutes .
5.When it starts to bubble, add the fried cauliflower florets and saute it.
6 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
