Chilli Paneer

Ingredients
  Paneer 450 Gram
  Soya sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Green chilies 5 , slit
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Cayenne)
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Corn flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Refined flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Make a batter with just enough water to coat the paneer with. Cut the paneer into 1/2" strips. Dip in the batter and fry a golden brown colour. Heat 2 tblspns oil, fry green chilies for ½ a minute. Lower heat. Add salt, pepper and sugar. Add soya chili and tomato sauces. Add 2 tblspns of water. Add paneer, mix well. Garnish with coriander.
