Ingredients
  Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (diluted- yoghurt)
  Salted boondi 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (namkeen boondi)
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon, roasted
  Finely chopped coriander 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

add little water to the curd/yoghurt and dilute it.
add salt ,red chilli powder , cumin seeds powder (bhuna jeear powder) and mix it all well.
now add boondi and coriander and mix it .
serve and enjoy.

Boondhi Raita is one of my favorites. I can eat it just as it is without using it as an accompaniment. Great appetizing pic.
