Hot & Spicy Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients
  Paneer 300 Gram
  Tomato 1
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 1 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon (For Garnishing)
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut paneer into very small cubes. Fry chopped tomato and saute well. Now add garam masala, asofoetida, turmeric powder, chilli powder mix well. Add paneer cubes, salt and green chilli. Mix well on low flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
