Paneer Tikka Sabji

Ingredients
  Chopped and cubed paneer 250 Gram (Cottage Cheese)
  Chopped red onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cilantro/Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Thick curds 1 Cup (16 tbs), beaten
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bengal gram flour 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Besan)
  Chaat masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dhaniya powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

For the paneer tikka filling
1. Mix all the Marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the chopped paneer and chopped tomatoes to the prepared marinade and mix gently.
3.Keep aside for about 1/2 hour.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the paneer mixtures, the cubed boiled potatoes and saute on medium to high flame for about 5 to 10 minutes. When stirring, stir gently and ensure that the paneer does not break too much.

Note: u can roll the sabji in chapatis(tortillas) and it becomes paneer kaati roll
