Tunde Kawab

This is a very famous dish in North Indian dish popularised by the Nawabs of Lucknow
Ingredients
  Mutton 250 Gram (Without Fat)
  Cinnamon 5 Gram
  Cumin seeds 5 Gram
  Pepper 5 Gram
  Cloves 3
  Red chili 5
  Ginger 10 Gram
  Papaya 10 Gram
  Garlic 5
  Onion 2
  Chick pea flour 50 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Refined oil 50 Gram
Directions

1.Make a past of Ginger,Garlic,onion and raw papaya.
2. Then put besan in a non stick pan and roast it till it turn brown.
3. Make another past of Cumin Seeds,Pepper,Cardamom,Cloves, red chilli and Cinnamon.
4. Then mix both the past with the mutton and Flour - Chickpea,mix it well. Then keep it for 1 hr.
5. After 1hr take the mixture out and make it in small round cutlet and fry it on non stick pan witl refined oil.
